Weather for today:
Mainly clear skies over most of the governorates with chance of cloud advection toward afternoon and chances of isolated rain along parts of Arabian Sea coasts. Chances of low clouds and fog patches over parts Al Wusta and Dhofar governorates. Chances of dust raising due to fresh wind over deserts and open areas of South Al Sharqiya.
Winds:
Over most of governorates winds will be easterly to southeasterly light to moderate occasionally fresh over South Al Sharqiya and Al Wusta governorates. While it will be northerly to northeasterly light to moderate over Dhofar governorate and along Arabian Sea and Oman Sea coasts.
Sea State:
Slight along most of the coasts with maximum wave height of 1.25 meters. And slight to moderate along the coastal areas of South Al Sharqiya with maximum wave height of 1.5 meters.
Cautions:
Visibility may reduced in fog formation and dust raising sites.
Horizontal Visibility:
Good in general, but reduced in fog formation and dust raising sites.
Outlook for Tomorrow:
Chance of cloud advection over most of the governorates with chances of isolated rain along parts of Arabian Sea coasts. Chances of low clouds and fog patches over parts Al Wusta and Dhofar governorates. Chances of dust raising due to fresh wind over deserts and open areas of South Al Sharqiya.
Outlook for Friday:
Mainly clear skies over most of the governorates with chance of medium cloud advection toward afternoon.
